We are looking for a skilled and dependable Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations at our restaurant. This role will report directly to the Corporate Chef and will be responsible for maintaining food quality, kitchen efficiency, sanitation, and staff performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily kitchen operations and back-of-house staff Ensure consistent food quality and presentation Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and waste control Train, support, and lead kitchen team members Work closely with the GM and Corporate Chef to uphold systems and standards Help control labor and food costs

Qualifications:

Prior kitchen management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
