Position Overview:
Supporting one of the largest QSR brands, the Restaurant Store Manager will lead a team, drive results, and take ownership of a high-energy operation. This role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance; giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day. This role typically starts at 5:00am and consists of a 50-hour workweek. The schedule includes weekends and holidays (Sundays are required). There will be overtime eligibility. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members Build a positive, accountable team culture Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns Operations & Guest Experience Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently Business & Financial Performance Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts Control labor, food costs, and cash handling Review performance and take action to improve results Administrative & Operational Support Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering Forecast staffing and business needs Complete basic reporting and admin tasks What We're Looking For 1+ year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred) High school diploma (or equivalent) ServSafe Certification (preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills Reliable transportation Ability to work on your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
