Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage preparation, and smooth management of daily activities. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in managing diverse teams, and possesses a strong background in food and beverage service within fast-paced environments. Duties Supervise daily bar operations, including food preparation, drink service, and customer interactions to ensure a lively and welcoming environment Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Train, mentor, and develop staff members on food handling, customer service excellence, and safety protocols Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations through regular kitchen management checks Handle cash transactions with precision, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Coordinate shift schedules, manage team assignments, and oversee restaurant management functions to optimize productivity Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management with team leadership skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety management practices and food industry regulations Excellent communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, and customer service excellence Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for budgeting and profit & loss analysis Experience with managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong organizational skills for shift management, inventory control, and kitchen oversight Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Join us as a Bar Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences.
