As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Supervise daily operations of the kitchen and dining area to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards in line with our fine dining experience. Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service during peak hours while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Experience Previous experience in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in casual or fine dining settings. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food management practices, and health regulations. Proven ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
