Job Description

One Nation Tap & Table is seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our service team and help deliver an outstanding guest experience. As a busy sports bar and restaurant, we need a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, support and train employees, maintain excellent service standards, and keep the front of house running smoothly during high-volume shifts. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, confident under pressure, and comfortable holding employees accountable. Responsibilities include supervising servers and bartenders, creating a positive team environment, resolving guest concerns, assisting with scheduling and training, maintaining cleanliness and opening/closing standards, and working with management to increase sales and improve overall performance. Previous restaurant management experience is preferred. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts based on business needs. Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery Oversee guest interactions, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty Manage POS systems such as Toast and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor daily operations including food presentation, customer flow, and cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, ensuring proper stock levels while minimizing waste Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and ensuring smooth service flow Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service techniques, and safety protocols to foster a knowledgeable team Experiance using DoorDash and other food delivery sources. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory or management experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively across all levels of staff Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management strategies Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional leadership!
