Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations and customer service to deliver an outstanding dining experience. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a cohesive and motivated team. Oversee inventory control, food safety standards, and compliance with health regulations to ensure quality and safety at all times. Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking with accuracy. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability. Supervise shift management by coordinating schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining smooth operations during busy periods. Foster a culture of teamwork, managerial communication, and exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Proven management experience in casual dining restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and food safety management practices. Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments. Experience with inventory control systems is highly desirable. Prior roles involving staff training, team development, and managing hospitality teams are essential. Familiarity with budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food production processes to support operational efficiency. Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and lead team training initiatives.
