Kitchen Manager | Leadership Opportunities New Store Opening | Cottage Inn Pizza & Pub - Big Rapids, MI Full-Time | $48,000 - $55,000+ annually (based on experience) +Growth Help Build Something Great From Day One We're opening an exciting new pizza and pub in downtown Big Rapids, and we're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. This is more than just another management position—it's an opportunity to help shape the culture, systems, and reputation of a brand-new restaurant from the ground up.

What You'll Do As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be the leader of our kitchen operations by: Hiring, training, coaching, and developing an outstanding kitchen team Leading daily kitchen operations with energy, professionalism, and accountability Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation Managing inventory, ordering, food costs, and labor budgets Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently exceeded Creating prep systems and kitchen procedures that promote efficiency Working alongside the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience Building a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture Being reliable, punctual, and committed to professional conduct.
