Hires, trains and supervises food service workers, manages meal and work schedules, supervises supply orders, food preparation and the quality of food and service, and monitors compliance with health regulations.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management, including managing and ordering of all food products
- Managing all kitchen personnel, including hiring and interviewing kitchen personnel
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Creating and managing the schedule for kitchen staff
- Assist with catering events as needed
Experience:
- We require at least one year of experience in a management position in a kitchen/restaurant
- Experience managing and leading other personnel preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

$17.00- $22.
