In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, uphold food safety and quality standards, and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, and bartenders, providing ongoing training and mentorship to promote team development and high performance Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient shift management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service standards Manage customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest experiences Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure smooth food and beverage service, including food preparation oversight when necessary Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor inventory levels of supplies and beverages, assisting with inventory control and ordering to minimize waste Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and oversee staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service, and team leadership Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost control Support budgeting efforts by managing labor costs and optimizing shift schedules Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills that motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting Knowledge of food safety management practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage managerial responsibilities such as interviewing, training, and performance evaluations Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory calculations, and financial analysis Experience in hospitality management roles such as assistant manager or restaurant supervisor is highly desirable Ability to lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service while managing restaurant operations efficiently Join us as a Front of House Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, delight guests, and elevate our restaurant's reputation.
