You'll be the face of our operation setting the tone for every guest experience while managing staff, service flow, and day-to-day front-of-house operations. What You'll Do Hire, train, schedule, and supervise servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and welcoming service Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest experience during peak hours Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally Coach and develop staff performance; conduct regular check-ins and feedback Partner with the kitchen/back-of-house team to ensure seamless communication Monitor labor costs, tip pooling, and FOH budgets Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards throughout the dining area Support inventory and ordering for bar and front-of-house supplies as needed Step in on the floor during busy shifts — this is a hands-on leadership role What We're Looking For 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (FOH preferred) Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed POS system experience; basic scheduling and cost-management skills A genuine passion for guest service and food & beverage
