As a Dietary Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department. This includes managing a team of dietary team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and implementing effective systems for meal planning, food preparation, and service. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of dietary team members to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs that meet the dietary needs of our residents Conduct menu planning, food cost control, and inventory management to ensure efficient use of resources Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Riverside's policies and procedures Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services
Requirements:
Experience in dietary management or a related field High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field preferred
