We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume quick service restaurant. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing restaurant performance, developing strong teams, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quick service or fast casual restaurant operations and understands how to lead high-volume teams while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations Lead, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members Drive sales growth and overall restaurant profitability Manage labor, scheduling, food costs, and inventory controls Maintain high standards for speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvement plans Maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards Create a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture

Qualifications:

Previous General Manager experience in quick service or fast casual restaurants required Strong high-volume restaurant background preferred Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership and team development skills Strong understanding of labor management, P&L, and operational controls Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
