You will be responsible for all daily operations during your shift. Cleanliness is our number one priority, and consistency is key in everything we do.

Schedule:

10 AM-4 PM, six days per week (36 hours weekly).

Responsibilities:

Keep the entire restaurant clean, organized, and ready for customers, including the kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, equipment, and storage areas. Set cleaning expectations, assign tasks, and check that they are completed properly. Maintain consistent food quality, portions, presentation, and customer service every day. Supervise employees, train staff, and hold everyone accountable for restaurant standards. Make sure food preparation, service, and daily tasks are completed correctly and on time. Be welcoming and professional with customers, and handle complaints respectfully. Manage inventory, monitor waste, and communicate ordering needs. Oversee register procedures and cash handling. Follow food safety standards and make sure employees do the same. Step in wherever needed, including cleaning, preparing food, serving customers, and working the register. Communicate clearly with ownership and take responsibility for resolving daily issues.

Requirements:

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience is required. ServSafe certification preferred. Must be a people person with strong communication and leadership skills. Must be dependable, organized, and attentive to detail. Must be able to lead by example and maintain standards during busy shifts. Must be available for the schedule listed above. We need someone who notices what needs to be done, takes action, and follows through. Cleanliness comes first, and our standards must stay consistent every day.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
