Job Description

We are hiring a Front of House Manager to run dining room execution, lead service under pressure, and protect the guest experience during real-volume restaurant operations. This is not a stand-around-and-supervise role. This role owns front-of-house flow in a high-volume Downtown Frankenmuth environment. The right candidate can lead a shift, control pacing, support the team, solve guest issues professionally, and keep standards from drifting when the restaurant gets busy. We are looking for a manager who wants to lead inside a structured, high-accountability environment with clear standards. Required Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management, assistant management, or strong shift-lead experience in a full-service environment. Ability to lead a front-of-house team during busy service periods. Strong judgment, urgency, and communication skills are important. Ability to coach employees in real time while staying professional and composed. Ability to manage pacing, table flow, and guest recovery. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires. Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and move through an active restaurant environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a tourism-driven, high-volume, or fast-paced restaurant. Experience with POS systems, waitlist systems, scheduling tools, and checklist-based operations. Experience training or onboarding front-of-house staff. Experience with service recovery, performance coaching, and shift documentation. The ability and willingness to plan, organize, and run in-house events is a plus.
