Food Manufacturing | Sanitation Leadership | Quality Assurance | Team Management PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a manufacturing company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sanitation Manager . This role is responsible for overseeing all sanitation operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining clean and safe production environments in accordance with company, QA, and regulatory standards. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader with sanitation, food safety, or manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on supervision and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Be Doing Oversee and manage all sanitation staff and daily sanitation operations Schedule sanitation team members to ensure coverage across all shifts Conduct sanitation audits to verify cleaning effectiveness and readiness for production Ensure all sanitation staff follow safety procedures and proper PPE requirements Monitor chemical usage, concentrations, and sanitation process temperatures Verify ATP and allergen swab testing is completed and meets standards after CIP cycles Develop, maintain, and update the Master Sanitation Schedule Complete daily sanitation reports and documentation Support QA and Production teams with cleaning procedures and changeovers Maintain sanitation tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure proper performance Assist in developing and improving cleaning procedures and sanitation programs Identify and report issues to QA and leadership with recommendations for improvement Provide training guidance and support employee development needs Support troubleshooting of sanitation and QA-related issues Perform additional duties as assigned by QA Manager or Operations leadership What We're Looking For Previous sanitation, QA, or food manufacturing leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of sanitation procedures, food safety, and GMPs Ability to manage and schedule a team effectively Knowledge of chemical handling, concentrations, and cleaning procedures Familiarity with ATP testing and allergen control practices preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with QA, Production, and Operations teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to train, coach, and support employees Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards Why You'll Like This Job Leadership role with direct impact on food safety and plant sanitation Competitive pay based on experience ($20
