In this role you will:

Train and reinforce food safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
Manage food and labor costs
Follow company policies and operating systems
Provide team member training
Anticipate issues and take corrective actions during shift

Assistant and General Managers Required:

Must have previous experience in a Restaurant Shift Manager, Supervisor, or Leader role
Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations
Must be self motivated
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to stand, bend, twist during your entire shift, along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds Interested?
