Front of House Salary:

Starting at $55,000 per year, based on experience We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate understands restaurant service, communicates clearly with ownership and staff, and knows how to keep service running smoothly while making guests feel welcome. We are looking for a confident leader with proven restaurant management experience who can take ownership of daily operations, support the team, and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities Manage daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing, seating, table assignments, service flow, and shift transitions. Communicate regularly with ownership about staffing, service quality, operational challenges, and areas for improvement. Clearly communicate expectations to employees, listen to concerns, and address issues professionally. Create staff schedules, assign sections and shift duties, and adjust coverage based on business needs. Train, coach, and supervise servers, hosts, and other front-of-house employees. Engage with guests, handle concerns calmly, and resolve service issues promptly. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate orders, timely service, and clear communication. Stay actively involved during busy shifts, helping the team solve problems and maintain consistent service. Qualifications Substantial prior experience in restaurant management, with strong front-of-house leadership skills. A thorough understanding of server responsibilities, steps of service, and restaurant workflow. Excellent communication skills with ownership, employees, and guests. Proven ability to manage staff scheduling, delegate responsibilities, and hold team members accountable. Strong judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. A professional, dependable approach and the ability to lead by example.
