We are looking for a hardworking, upbeat person who possesses excellent leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of a restaurant. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction
• Coach and mentor employees as needed
• Place food and supply orders
• Maintain positive atmosphere
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect throughout restaurant
• Inspect all equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Maintain a cleaning and maintenance schedule
• Meet or exceed all health code and safety standards
• Identify ways to maintain and reduce costs
• Perform employee reviews
• Assist with feature and soup scheduling
• Interview, hire and set up training for new employees

Applicant Qualifications:

• Two or more years of restaurant manager experience
• Willingness to be a "hands on" manager
• Positive attitude

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
