Overview Join our dynamic team as a Front of House Manager, where you'll help lead the front-of-house operations with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for exceptional hospitality. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service in a lively and welcoming environment. Your leadership will set the tone for a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences while maintaining smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, with opportunties to bartend and serve. Duties Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and high standards of hospitality. Train team members on food handling, customer service, POS systems (including SpotOn POS and Fresh KDS POS), and food safety protocols. Manage shift schedules, delegate responsibilities, and oversee daily operations to optimize service flow during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing registers at shift end. Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and assist with stock control to prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all front-of-house activities. Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a motivated and skilled team. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management, with strong knowledge of food preparation and culinary processes. Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments. Proficiency with POS systems; strong cash handling skills. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including staff training, team management, and customer interactions. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and financial reconciliation. Experience in managing food safety standards Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting; previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
