Job Description
Job duties: (1) Modifying technical mold design: a. Monitor the quality of wheel on-site, optimize process parameters in real-time, and inspect mold conditions. For issues requiring mold or process modifications, Such as shrinkage cavity or porosity. Utilize CAD software to revise existing drawings and develop new technical designs for proposal submission. (2) Modeling and design: a. Lead the digital modeling and design of gauges, components, and accessories for new products. Utilize 2D and 3D printing technology for rapid prototyping and deployment, significantly shortening the development cycle for production auxiliary tools. Execute equipment upgrades and safety shielding projects, ranging from on-site precision measurement and CAD design to final implementation and integration. (3)
