As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant performance, from staff management to food quality and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent food service and hospitality experiences. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management and customer interactions. Manage inventory control, food safety standards, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. Use POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Train, develop, and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment and improve performance. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining environments. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety management, and food handling practices. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, training staff, and managing hospitality operations. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and customer service.
