General Manager to lead a boutique hotel with a team of approximately 40 staff members and annual revenue of $2 million. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $90,000 USD and represents a significant leadership opportunity within the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will oversee all operational, financial, and personnel functions, driving performance across food and beverage, retail, and guest services. Lead a 40-person team across food and beverage, retail, and hospitality operations $75,000 to $90,000 USD annually, permanent full-time position Manage $2 million in annual revenue with full P&L responsibility Preferred Requirements Demonstrated experience managing hospitality operations within a Hilton or comparable hotel environment Proven track record in food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and service standards Experience overseeing retail operations and maximizing ancillary revenue streams Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and control costs effectively Demonstrated leadership capability managing teams of 30 or more staff across multiple departments Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Certification in hospitality management or equivalent professional credential Previous experience in a general manager or senior operations role within a branded hotel or hospitality group
