Serve as a representative of the restaurant by delivering exceptional guest experiences, building authentic relationships, and engaging meaningfully within the local community through outreach and events. Ensure consistent execution of food and beverage standards by maintaining strict adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines. Enforce all safety and sanitation standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment that reflects operational excellence. Embody and promote the organization's Value System by fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and hospitality, while supporting a balanced and positive work environment for all team members. Experience /Skills Required:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in polished casual or fine dining environments Minimum of 3 years of salaried management experience preferred Proven stable work history; strong wine knowledge preferred Basic computer proficiency preferredJob Type:
