Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier, Manager, and/or Deli Associate across all locations! These roles offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, as well as overseeing daily operations. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming environment, managing team performance, and maintaining efficient retail operations. We are currently hiring for positions in: Quinnesec, MI Norway, MI Vulcan, MI Sagola, MI Blaney Park, MI Crystal Falls, MI Florence, WI Pembine, WI Crivitz, WI Wausaukee, WI Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and processing transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Gilbarco POS. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including balancing registers and reconciling sales at the end of each shift. Oversee deli operations, including food preparation, cooking, and ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Supervise staff training and development to promote a knowledgeable and motivated team capable of delivering excellent hospitality experiences. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Assist in shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising team members, and ensuring smooth daily operations across all locations. Conduct regular food safety audits, manage food handling procedures, and oversee kitchen management tasks to uphold quality assurance. Lead by example in managing hospitality teams with strong managerial communication skills while fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence. Experience Proven experience in quick service with a focus on customer service excellence. Demonstrated management or supervisory experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Background in food preparation, cooking, catering, or culinary arts with an emphasis on food safety management a plus. Prior roles involving management or assistant manager responsibilities are preferred. Strong skills in basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy along with excellent managerial communication abilities.
