Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Hardees Fast Food General Manager to lead our dynamic team at our vibrant location. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functioning. Manage staff training, development, and performance evaluations to build a strong, motivated team. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to reduce waste and control costs. Handle cash management duties including POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Enforce food safety standards and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations. Conduct shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising staff during peak hours, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Implement budgeting strategies and monitor financial performance to meet operational goals. Skills Extensive experience in food industry management with a focus on quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments. Proven ability in supervising teams, staff training & development, and conducting interviews for hiring new team members. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food handling safety protocols. Skilled in managing POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Demonstrated leadership in hospitality management, including shift management, kitchen experience, and restaurant operations oversight. Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, food production processes, catering services, and bar operations is highly desirable.
