Paw Paw, MI | 30 hrs/week The current schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00-7:00 PM. We are open to discussing a flexible schedule for the right candidate, including working three or four days per week. Wings of God Transition Home is a Christ-centered residential ministry supporting women coming out of incarceration who are seeking recovery and a fresh start. We're hiring an Assistant House Manager who loves Jesus, values healthy boundaries, and feels led to walk alongside women pursuing positive life change. This step helps us connect with those who truly feel called to this ministry and are intentionally seeking to serve the women in our homes. What You'll Do Help create a safe, peaceful, and structured home environment. Build supportive, Christ-centered relationships with Program Participants. Oversee evening routines, dinner, cleanup, and consistent house rules. Support participants in meeting daily program expectations. Conduct drug tests and room checks when needed. Process donations, mail, and volunteer paperwork; assist with basic admin tasks. Monitor security cameras and report concerns. Provide coverage when the House Manager is away. What We're Looking For A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Compassion, good communication skills, and healthy boundaries. Computer literacy (Google Workspace). Minimum 20 years sobriety/recovery. Someone who attends church weekly and models Christ-like behavior. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 1-7 PM The current schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00-7:00 PM. We are open to discussing a flexible schedule for the right candidate, including working three or four days per week. $17.50/H paid bi-weekly Vacation and holiday pay.
