Assist in kitchen management by coordinating food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance their dining experience. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Requirements ServeSafe Certification Required Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food service management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Experience in staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards is essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
