Job Description
Position Summary Beef-a-Roo is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Evening/Night Shift Manager to lead our restaurant during evening and weekend operations. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising team members, maintaining company standards, and ensuring all nightly duties are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates effectively with both employees and management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during evening and weekend shifts. Deliver and promote outstanding customer service at all times. Ensure all opening, closing, and nightly cleaning duties are completed according to company standards. Maintain food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards. Monitor labor, productivity, and restaurant operations throughout the shift. Train, coach, and motivate employees to achieve performance goals. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure accurate cash handling and register procedures. Communicate daily with the General Manager regarding operations, staffing, inventory, and any issues requiring attention. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure compliance with all Beef-a-Roo policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous restaurant, fast food, or customer service management experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. (Closed on Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
