We're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable helping lead a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday-Friday Hours:

1:30 PM-9:30

PM Pay:

$18.50/hour

Shift:

2nd Shift Long-term opportunity Responsibilities Assist the Pack Lead with overseeing daily packaging operations Help keep the production line running smoothly and efficiently Monitor employees and help ensure work is completed correctly and on time Assist with training and directing employees as needed Check products and packaging for quality and accuracy Help troubleshoot production or quality issues Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed Keep the work area clean and organized Communicate production needs or issues to the Pack Lead and management Help with other production tasks as needed Qualifications Previous production, packaging, or food manufacturing experience preferred Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to work well with others and help direct a team Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work Must be willing to follow all safety and food safety procedures This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a production environment.
