This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and overseeing daily activities within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service. Utilize our POS system for efficient cash handling and transaction processing. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure timely food production and presentation. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards within the food industry. Experience with quick service & fast food restaurants is beneficial. Proven ability to lead teams effectively with excellent supervisory experience. Familiarity with inventory control within a restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Background in kitchen management is a plus. Ability to train and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
