Starting Pay:

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership :

Supervise, coach, and motivate Team Members (Cooks and Cashiers) during your shift to ensure a smooth, positive work environment.

Daily Operations :

Manage shift assignments, monitor speed of service in-store and at the drive-thru, and ensure food quality matches Popeyes standards.

Financial Controls :

Handle opening/closing cash drawers, perform safe drops, and accurately manage register audits.

Safety & Compliance :

Enforce strict food safety guidelines, workplace sanitation, and internal temperature checks.

Inventory & Restocking :

Monitor food waste, track product usage, and ensure the next shift is set up with fully stocked prep stations.

Problem Solving :

Address guest complaints professionally and resolve shift issues quickly and efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old . Previous supervisory or management experience in fast-food, fast-casual, or retail environments is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, or weekends. High energy, reliability, and a professional demeanor. Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds if needed.
