A Shift Manager is a hardworking and productive individual who consistently meets all the expectation of professionalism, productivity, commitment, and responsibilities. Chick-fil-A Bloomington is looking for people that are committed, have a great attitude, build relationships and are always striving for excellence. A typical day at Bloomington Chick-fil-A would entail engaging with guests in the dining room as you're delivering their food, ensuring the dining area is well stocked and cleaned, and assisting guests at the register. A Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining their shifts to ensure it is run efficiently and effectively. Part of doing this would include employee management, running breaks, and cash handling. In this role, you would assist in the training process for new team members and provide on-going coaching for all team members. You would be responsible for resolving guest issues and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Finally, you would be responsible for opening and/or closing efficiently and to CFA standards. Our Managers are committed to on-going personal as well as professional development. Part of this includes engaging in our Employee Development program as well as participating in quarterly meetings. They hold all team members to the CFA Standards and are committed to providing excellent service to every guest that chooses our restaurant. Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
