We're recruiting for a well-established, high-volume restaurant in the Ironton area seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who leads from the front, builds a positive culture, and has the operational expertise to step in and make an immediate impact. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on excellence in execution and guest satisfaction. Create an outstanding guest experience by fostering a culture built on genuine hospitality. Manage all financial aspects of the business, including P&L, food cost, labor cost, and controllable expenses . Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Create schedules that balance exceptional service with labor efficiency. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product planning. Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards. Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily financial controls. Oversee administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, staffing, and operational reporting. Lead by example, working alongside the team and supporting the operation wherever needed. Qualifications 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service, casual dining, BBQ, or other high-volume restaurant environment. Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor control, food cost management, inventory, and budgeting . Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams. A genuine passion for hospitality—you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and developing people. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of making sound operational decisions. What Success Looks Like A motivated, engaged team that delivers exceptional guest service. Compensation $60,000-$70,000 base salary Performance-based bonus program 15% paid quarterly Paid Time Off Quality of life as restaurant closes early and is very seasonal
