This position partners closely with production, engineering, and product development teams to analyze data, solve complex quality issues, and implement corrective actions that improve efficiency and product reliability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly collaborative, with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to effectively lead improvement initiatives and influence positive outcomes across the organization. The pay range for this role is $30 to $35 depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree in Quality Control Technology, Applied Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of a high school diploma and at least two years of quality assurance experience will be considered. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation. Experience with quality systems, process improvement methodologies, and root cause analysis; Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain certification required. Proficiency using precision measuring and inspection equipment, with experience performing quality testing, data collection, and analysis. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; ERP system experience is preferred.
