What You'll Do:

As an Assistant General Manager , you'll be a key partner to the General Manager, helping lead the restaurant to success.

You will:

Lead by Example

• Support daily operations in both the front and back of house. Inspire the Team
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Drive Results
• Help manage labor, food cost, and quality standards to meet performance goals. Support Training & Development
• Help onboard and grow team members. Be a Culture Champion
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.

What You'll Bring:

1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast casual, QSR, or full-service restaurant. A hands-on approach and willingness to work in all areas of the restaurant. A passion for hospitality and guest service. Strong communication and team-building skills. A desire to grow into a General Manager role. Ability to pass a background screening.
