Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, highly detail-oriented, and organized Full-Time House Manager able to provide lifestyle management services including household management, errands, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who takes initiative, enjoys organizing, and can manage a variety of responsibilities efficiently. Duties may vary day to day and this list is not all-inclusive. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General house cleaning and maintaining an organized home environment Organizing closets, cabinets, storage areas, and paperwork Laundry (washing, folding, putting away) Grocery shopping and household supply runs Light food preparation and meal prep assistance Running errands (drop-offs, pickups, appointments, etc.) Computer-based tasks such as emails, scheduling, data entry, and basic online research Assisting with miscellaneous personal and household tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Extremely detail-oriented and well organized Able to multitask and manage time effectively Self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy Comfortable working independently and following instructions Strong communication skills Loves animals

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to handle physical tasks such as light lifting, cleaning, and standing for periods of time Prior experience as a personal assistant, house manager, or similar role is a plus but not required
