What You'll Do:

As a Leeann Chin General Manager, you'll be more than just a manager

You'll:

Lead from the front: Work alongside your team in both the front and back of the house, fostering a culture of teamwork and hospitality.

Create Raving Fans:

Inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service that builds loyalty and generates positive buzz. Own the

Manage all aspects of the restaurant, from P&L and quality control to safety and cleanliness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in fast casual, full service, or QSR concepts. Hands-on experience managing FOH/BOH operations, including cooking experience and comfort working in the kitchen. A contagious passion for extraordinary guest service. An outgoing and positive personality with a knack for community engagement. Operational expertise and a drive to achieve company and store objectives. A proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. Ability to pass a background screening.
