Job Description

General Manager McQuades Pub and Grill - Two Harbors, MN Competitive Salary DOE Busy, high-volume restaurant looking for a hands-on General Manager with BOTH FOH and BOH experience. Previous restaurant management experience required. Looking for someone who can lead a team, hold standards, solve problems, and help run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to:
Lead staff and manage busy shifts Handle scheduling and daily operations Work alongside the team when needed Maintain strong customer service and kitchen standards Help continue building systems and culture We are a locally owned and operated restaurant with a strong team and opportunity for long-term growth. Looking for the right fit, not just a body.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
