Assistant General Manager — Rustica Bakery, Wayzata Hourly, 35 hours/week Since 2004, Rustica has been a Minnesota favorite for exceptional pastries, bread, desserts, and coffee. We're growing our team and looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our Wayzata location. As AGM, you'll support the General Manager in the daily operations of the store, ensuring guests receive exceptional pastries, food, and coffee alongside genuine hospitality. You'll lead the team on the floor, uphold our quality and service standards, and help develop staff at every level. What You'll Do Follow and reinforce our Core Values in every interaction Support the GM in daily operations, staffing, and shift coverage Lead, train, and coach baristas and counter staff to deliver consistent quality and service Ensure proper execution of espresso, food, and beverage standards Step in on the floor as needed, including bar, register, and guest service Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and allergen awareness Handle guest concerns and escalations with professionalism Support inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Communicate proactively with ownership and leadership on operational needs What We're Looking For Barista and management experience required Warm, positive, and reliable leadership presence Strong communicator who leads by example Teachable, takes initiative, and holds self and team accountable Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$21.35 per hour, 35 hours per week Anthros hourly health benefits available.
