We're looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Kitchen Manager to take the reins of a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen in Branson, MO . This isn't just about keeping the line running — it's about building a team, driving consistency, and setting the standard for culinary excellence. The brand is expanding, with two new locations opening in 2026 — meaning real advancement potential for the right leader. What You'll Do Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff, from line cooks to sous-level leaders Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain food safety and sanitation standards Ensure consistent food quality, plating, and presentation across every shift Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste reduction Build and refine prep systems and recipes to support scratch-made consistency at volume Collaborate closely with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience What You Bring 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role (Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar) in a full-service, scratch-kitchen environment Strong team management, training, and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations (ServSafe or equivalent preferred) Comfortable managing food cost, labor, and inventory controls Calm under pressure and driven by excellence
