Dietary / Culinary Manager - Rehab Center If you're looking to join a dynamic and supportive team, Rehab Center is the place for you! Our facility is seeking an experienced and organized Dietary / Culinary Manager to lead our food service department. The Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting residents' nutritional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily dietary and food service operations. Interview, hire, train, and supervise dietary staff. Create and maintain staff schedules. Monitor resident satisfaction and adjust services accordingly. Ensure compliance with health codes and dietary regulations. Maintain accurate inventory and place food/supply orders. Develop and manage department budget. Plan and implement resident-centered dietary programs. Oversee food storage, preparation, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent certification by the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). Successful completion of a certified Dietary Manager exam.
