A day in the life... As a FOH Manager, you're responsible for the execution of your shift by following our standards and supervising our team in an energetic environment. A successful manager will ensure that everything is in order from the stocking of service stations to staffing levels to maintaining clean restrooms. No two days are alike and no matter how busy things may get: we are a group of people who promote teamwork, encourage a positive work environment, and share common goals of creating signature dishes for our guests. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management and food service operations Strong staff training and team management skills Proficiency in food preparation and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Experience in inventory control and cash handling Background in casual and fine dining environments Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team
