Are you the kind of person who can spot an empty water glass from across the room, rally a team during the dinner rush, and still smile when someone asks, "Can I speak to the manager?" We're looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help keep the food, drinks, service, and—most importantly—the guest experience running smoothly. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire our food & beverage team to deliver genuinely awesome service. Help oversee daily restaurant, bar, and/or banquet operations. Be the go-to problem solver when things get busy, unexpected, or delightfully chaotic. Create a fun, positive team environment where people actually enjoy coming to work. Keep an eye on service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, ordering, and controlling costs. Jump in wherever needed—because great managers aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Build relationships with guests and make sure their experience is one worth talking about. Partner with the Food & Beverage Manager and leadership team to keep operations moving forward. What We're Looking For Hospitality experience with a passion for food, beverage, and people.
