Job Description

Duties:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, and social gatherings
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
  • Use Event Booking System for all events
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
  • Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within allocated limits
  • Oversee catering arrangements and menu selection
  • Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in event planning or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
