Job Description
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, and social gatherings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and objectives
- Use Event Booking System for all events
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within allocated limits
- Oversee catering arrangements and menu selection
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
