Dexter, MO Starting Pay:
$17.00 per hour We are seeking friendly, energetic and dependable Assistant Managers for our Burger King crew. Our family owned and operated business highly values our Team and are committed to assisting you in your journey and supporting your personal ambitions on your pathway to success! The Assistant Manager position is to assist the General Manager with leading in most aspects of the restaurant operations.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising employees during a shift Teaching and training OPS manuals and execution of systems Perform tasks and procedures to run a profitable and successful restaurant Responsible for assisting with cash control, labor and accountability
Skills:
Attention to detail Customer service Leadership Strong training ability
