Tilt Studio is one of the nation's largest Entertainment Center companies and is looking for a General Manager for our Northpark Mall in Joplin, MO. location. Our facility combines state of the art family entertainment and food. You would be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring a quality experience by all guests and staff. Responsibilities include financial, human resource development, marketing coordination, facility oversight, and programming implementation. The day to day role as the recruiter and motivator of a team comprised of generation z's, millennials, to baby boomers will require strong communication and organization skills. Your role as host our guests will require a great smile, and occasional diplomacy to ensure everyone has a memorable time. Your role as the leader will require attention to health and safety compliance, food and beverage compliance, and the ability to manage tech staff. Your role as business leader will require experience with point of sales systems, the ability to read a financial statement and strong math aptitude.
