Job Summary We're on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and leading our staff to success. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for hospitality to help us maintain our high standards and grow our community presence. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and supervision. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and assist with ordering supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and resolving customer concerns promptly. Experience Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting. Hands-on knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Background in quick service & fast food restaurant operations or casual dining environments. Strong skills in team management, training & development, and customer service. Familiarity with food safety protocols, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
