•68,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Retirement savings plan Life and disability insurance options Employee dining discounts Structured management training and ongoing leadership development Strong internal promotion opportunities Stable national restaurant organization with long-term career potential Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Lead day-to-day restaurant operations Coach, train, and develop hourly team members Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality Ensure consistent execution during high-volume lunch and dinner shifts Manage labor and staffing based on business needs Assist with food cost, inventory, waste, and controllable expenses Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Hold employees accountable to company standards Build a positive, respectful, and performance-driven restaurant culture Work closely with the General Manager and management team to achieve restaurant goals Identify opportunities to improve sales, service, productivity, and profitability Lead from the floor and remain actively involved in restaurant operations What We Are Looking For Previous restaurant management experience Full-service restaurant management experience strongly preferred Steakhouse, casual dining, high-volume, or polished casual experience is a plus Strong leadership and employee development skills Experience leading high-volume restaurant shifts Understanding of labor management, food cost, inventory, and restaurant controls Ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and retain employees Strong guest-service orientation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working within established systems and operating standards Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant needs Desire to build a long-term career with a successful restaurant organization Who Will Be Successful Here?
