Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

2 to 3 years of Restaurant management experience with at least 1 year of QSR General Manager experience. Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team Possess strong leadership and good communication skills Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure Works well in a hands-on team environment
