Restaurant Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role with a proven track record of success. Hands-on leadership style. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong P&L and financial controls. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
